Brinsons & Birt are delighted to announce the promotion of David Lakin to the position of Director; an appointment which will see him continue to develop the residential sales and lettings division of our Cowbridge office.

David’s association with the firm started with a work experience placement in 2012 and, following completion of his BA in Business Management at Swansea University, returned to take up a full time position as a Sales Negotiator without ever looking back. Appointed as Residential Sales & Lettings Manager in 2016, David has overseen the steady growth of the office based on a simple strategy of offering genuinely personal service alongside an enthusiastic embrace of the latest technology.

“David’s appointment as Director is well deserved” said Managing Director, Richard Harris, who heads up the Commercial & Land Agency side of the business. “He has made a substantial contribution to the development of the firm over the past few years and, perhaps just as importantly, is a thoroughly decent chap who is a pleasure to work with”.
