Ingram Evans Care Ltd, trading as Harris & Birt, is committed to conducting all aspects of its business ethically, responsibly and with integrity. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, servitude, child labour, and human trafficking in our business operations and throughout our supply chains.

As a RICS-regulated firm providing estate agency, residential lettings, commercial property, rural practice, valuation, and professional surveying services throughout South Wales, we recognise our responsibility to promote respect for human rights and to work only with suppliers, contractors and business partners who share these values.

This policy applies to all directors, employees, consultants, contractors, temporary workers, apprentices, agency staff, and suppliers acting on behalf of Ingram Evans Care Ltd.

The Board of Directors is committed to reviewing this policy annually and ensuring appropriate procedures are in place to identify, prevent and address any risk of modern slavery within our organisation and supply chains.
