We are delighted to announce our continuing growth in the South Wales property sector by incorporating the highly respected firm of Ingram Evans Care & Co within our brand. Ingram Evans has specialised in home survey and valuation work for over 30 years and the expert team will now continue to develop those areas of work within the wider Harris & Birt organisation.
“This is an exciting strategic merger which means that Harris & Birt can now offer our clients RICS Home Surveys as well as growing our capacity to provide valuation services to private clients, public sector bodies and lending institutions” explained Managing Director, Richard Harris. “It also means that we now have a Cardiff Office from which we can further develop our Residential Sales, Lettings and Commercial property services.
