Kelly attended the University of South Wales where she graduated with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. After graduating in 2015, Kelly joined Harris and Birt as a Property Administrator, providing support to the residential department in the Cowbridge office. Kelly has recently moved departments and now provides support to the Rural and Land team as a Commercial & Agricultural Administrator.  With her family farming roots and having grown up locally, Kelly is looking forward to expanding her knowledge further.
